You will be invited to open yourself to the presence of ancestors & to hold expansive space for the messages which may come through. Settle into deeply supported restorative postures as layers of sacred song & immersive sound healing with crystal bowls, flutes, gongs, & handpans guide you into profound rest, reflection and renewal.

No prior yoga experience is necessary—just an open heart.
